In-Service CPD Programs for Organisations

You may choose either face to face or online continuing professional development for your staff.

Face to face in-service CPD for organisations

We still really enjoy providing face to face programs and know that many people also prefer this option.

Face to face programs are not so costly with a little planning, lateral thinking and nominal staff contributions for their CPD.

Please call and discuss how others are affording this option before discarding the possibilities completely.

Consider reducing your risks and supporting your staff by arranging some face to face continuing professional development.

Some of the options you could consider involve breaking the hours into different topics, or having the same topic repeated throughout the day to facilitate staff could attend.

Fees

Fees for face to face progams include:

• Copies of objectives and staff goals for CPD hours
• References
• Copies of slides as handouts
• Certificate of attendance on completion, with full details for CPD claims

Travel and accommodation costs are additional.

* This fee applies to staff employed at one (1) facility/campus/service.

Online in-service CPD for organisations

Bring national and international experts to your nurses, at their workplace, for continuing professional development (CPD).

No more roster hassles, backfilling or travel expenses when using the Age Concern Pty Ltd online formats.

Stream sessions live through our virtual classroom (Greg, live link to virtual classroom description please) or use our archive (Greg, live link to our archive description) Ready - To - Go CPD

You may arrange:

• in-service sessions for a group of nurses, or
• allow each nurse to listen to an arranged program at a time that suits or
• a combination of both options

If some nurses cannot attend the group sessions, they listen to the archive version at a convenient time. Importantly, all staff members to hear and see exactly the same information.

You may request a particular topic or specialist clinician at no additional cost.

Fees

* This fee applies only if the nurses attending are employed at one (1) facility/campus/service. Some facilities are asking each nurse to pay a nominal contribution for this CPD service
